The Bank believes in taking care of its employees not only during their tenure of service with the Bank but in unfortunate circumstances where the employees passed away, the Bank, though the beneficiary of the Personal Accident and Term Life Insurance Policies taken up for all its employees, has always distributed the amount claimed to the grieving families of the demised staff.

In 2008, the Bank had made a total claim of RM2.6 Million for the families of 10 demised staff who passed away due to illness or accidents. It is Public Bank's way of saying we care.
